Just Natural Organic Bulgar Wheat 500g

Organic Bulgar Wheat is made from parboiled, cracked wheat, giving it a much quicker cooking time than whole wheat berries while keeping a pleasant, slightly chewy texture. It's the traditional base for tabbouleh and pilafs across the Middle East, and works equally well as a simple side dish or bulked into soups and stews. Because it's already partially cooked during processing, it can be simmered in around 10-15 minutes, or even just soaked in boiling water and left to stand, making it one of the more convenient wholegrains to prepare. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
