A. J. Slagle, Jr. was born in Juneau, Alaska, and raised in Ketchikan and the surrounding logging communities. His adventures hunting, fishing, flying in floatplanes, and his other adventures as a "Son of Southeast Alaska" are chronicled in this fun and exciting retelling. His voice comes through throughout this autobiographical account of his adventures on almost every hill and in every stream!
